End of Year Journal Prompts

2021 was a perfect example of how crazy and unpredictable life can be. In the midst of all the insecurity we aim to find things we can control & focus on those things that can help adapt and change our focus. If you don't journal, this can be a goal for 2022! It doesn't have to be every day, it doesn't even have to be constant,It's just important to put pen to paper and let the feelings flow. Did you know that writing your goals with pen makes you more likely to commit to them. Also if you are going to write some goals for 2022, this can be the perfect starting point :)
 
Also remember it's okay to not feel okay sometimes, we can assure 2020 & 2021 has seen some of the biggest struggles throughout personal and business life, just remember you aren't alone x
