Designed in Australia and made with heart from Island of Bali. We collaborated for our first luxe collection of the year with style muse Gabi Sullivan (sullivang_).Inspired by Gabi’s lifestyle of bikini’s and beach, with the muse her mantaray tattoo featuring as key print of the collection. Our cheekiest cuts to date are paired with soft tones for a fierce but feminine finish. We had a quick chat to Gabi about her inspiration for the collection and fashion influences that have contributed to her iconic, well-known style.
Q: Describe yourself in 3 words
Q: What is your favourite thing about living in Western Australia?
It may be a generic answer but of course our coast line. I fall in love with it more and more every summer.I also love that it’s quieter then most cities and there are patches of nature everywhere.
Q: What inspired you for this collection?
My biggest source of inspiration is definately our Australian summers and girls living their best life on the beach with their friends.Secondly, I literally live in bikinis in summer so I wanted to create a range that was versatile - that you could wear to any summer occasion and feel confident, sexy and beautiful in your own skin.
I think high cut bikinis are so flattering and I was unable to come across a pair that I wanted to wear every time I go to the beach so we came together and created exactly what I was looking for, the Pina Colada.
Another intention I had with this collection was creating a range that was PERFECT for tanning, so minimal tan lines were a must.As for the colours I just wanted to keep it fun, bright and playful while complementing each other and complimenting all skin tones.
Q:Do you have any style influences?
I could list so many people that influence me - If we are talking celebrities I adore Bella Hadid, Hailey Bieber & Zoe Kravitz street style.
Q: What is your daily routine as an influencer?
At the moment I wake up and take my dog Yoda for a walk, I then head to the gym, I eat (I’m always eating). I’m in the process of starting two exciting new businesses so I usually do something to prep for launch & usually I shoot content in the afternoon / evening when the light is less harsh <3
Q: Is the collection easy to mix and match together?
Yes 1000% I love to mix and match! I rarely wear a matching bikini set. One of my main focuses was to create a bikini range with colours and styles that all complimented each other. I really wanted to make this collection versatile so you could buy any top and bottom.
Q: What is your favourite top and bottom from the collection?
I think it had to be the pina colada - the bottoms are just so flattering and I’ve never owned a pair like them before. And I just love a small triangle top because it’s perfect for tanning.
In saying this I’m also SO in love with island time bikini top because it’s unique and the cut is so flattering!
From the design process to final photoshoots, its been a total dream and we've absolutely adored creating this collection alongside the beautiful Gabi. We hope you are obsessed with this collection as much as we are.
