How long does it take for delivery?

It depends on the shipping option you have selected at the checkout. If you need your items before a certain date please select EXPRESS at the checkout. Once your items have left our warehouse the shipping timeframe is out of our control. If your items haven't arrived within the timeframe stated on the tracking, please email info@lahana.co. Can I return/exchange an item I purchased on sale or with a discount code?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on items that are on sale. All items on sale are considered final sale. If you have used a discount code you can still opt for an exchange or refund through our returns portal which you can find here: https://returns.lahana.co/#/


Is your sizing true to size?

Our team has worked hard at perfecting our sizing across our ranges. We recommend taking your own measurements and comparing them to our sizing chart that you can find here: https://www.lahana.co/pages/size-guide. If you still require assistance with sizing please contact info@lahana.co, we are always happy to help.


My item is faulty? what should I do?

We are sorry you have received your items like this. Please email through images of the faulty item to info@lahana.co for our customer service team to assess and resolve this for you as soon as possible.


When will you be restocking sold out items?

Unfortunately we don't restock our collections very often. Please sign up to the email notifications on the product page to be notified if any of the items are returned or we find a cheeky one hiding in our warehouse.


Is your packaging sustainable? 

Our inner and outer packaging that our beautiful orders arrive in is biodegradable and compostable. The raw material can be put into your home compost and will break down with time. Our swim and activewear last a lifetime, our packaging does not.


I just placed an order and I ordered the wrong size/style, what shoud I do?

Please email info@lahana.co as soon as possible so they are able to amend this for you.


Where is Lahana designed and manufactured?

Lahana is designed in Australia and manufactured internationally. We are unable to name our manufacturing partners for privacy reasons, but we can confirm that our factories are ethical, fair trade and inspected regularly.


How did Lahana start?

Lahana started as two sisters in a tiny room on the Gold Coast of Australia.

Do you offer exchanges / full refunds?

I'm trying to use a discount code during a sale, why won't it work?

We disable discount codes during sale periods. If you wish to use the discount code, please wait until the sale has ended and then apply it to your cart.


I've just placed an order, when can I expect to receive my items?

We aim to ship out all orders placed before midday (AEDT) on the same day. The shipping option you have selected will determine your delivery timeframe.


I ordered during a sale period, when will my order be shipped?

We hear you! During sale periods such as our annual warehouse events our small team is under the pump trying to get orders out. Please allow 5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. You will receive an email notification (check your junk folder!) when your items are on their way to you. Please avoid sending multiple messages and emails across our socials as this will only create a backlog in our system.


I have sent an email to customer service but haven't heard anything back?

We have a small customer service team here at Lahana Hq who do their best to keep up with emails and socials messages. We will get back to you as soon as we can so please refrain from sending multiple messages. Please check your junk folder, sometimes our emails end up in there.


I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking for my order, what should I do?

Please check your junk emails before contacting us. Most of the time our confirmation emails and shipping confirmations with your tracking are found there. If you still haven't received anything please email info@lahana.co so they can look into this for you.

Is your swimwear sustainable? what fabric is your sustainable swimwear made from?

Good news ladies, the planet approves our swimwear. We have two different sustainable fabrics we use. The composition of our buttery soft fabric is: 83% Recycled Nylon 17% Elastane and the other composition of our usual fabric is: 73% Recycled Polyster 27% Elastin.

I want to try your swimwear on in-store, where can I find them?

Do the bikini tops have padding?

You won't find any padding in any of our bikini tops. The cheekier the better we say.


Are your bikinis double lined?

All of our swimwear is double-lined for that extra luxe feel.

Are your bikers see-through/squat-proof?

We want you to feel confident in your Lahana which is why our bikers are double-lined and squat-proof tested.


Is your activewear sweatproof?

We like to think so and have had our staff test our theory. No sweat marks here honey. However, it really depends how hard your workout is and how much you are sweating. Our activewear can't withstand it all but it will do its best.


Do the crops come with padding?

All of our crops come with removable padding. It's your choice bby.


Are your crops supportive?

We design both sporty and leisure crops. You can choose which style is better suited for your needs based on design and strap width. If you require assistance, please email info@lahana.co.


Is your activewear sustainable?

We are continuously on the hunt for the perfect sustainable fabric suited to our activewear. Unfortunately we do not want to compromise quality, so until we find the perfect fabric we are sticking to what we know works. It is our goal for active to be completely sustainable as soon as we can. We will definitely be updating you when that day comes.


Does the activewear material peel?

Depending on how you wash and wear your activewear, you may occasionally experience some pilling. Avoid sitting on rough surfaces like concrete to avoid unnecessary pilling. We suggest using a de-piller on them to remove the pills. After this, they will be as good as new.
