We want you to absolutely adore your online purchase from Lahana. If, for a reason, you are unsatisfied, you may return the items with the terms below for the pieces you’ve purchased.



SHIPPING: We are continuing to ship all orders and process returns without delay; however, you may experience shipping delays with Australia Post. 

RETURNS: Our returns window is set to 30 days. If you have shipped your order to our HQ in Australia, please allow 3 business days after we receive your original items before reaching out to our team.

Our customers and our team remain top priority. We will continue to update our website if any delays are expected.


For orders placed on our Australian store ending with '-AU'




  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange (International, including New Zealand customers have an allowance of 45 days), gift card or refund. This does not includes sale items, all sale items are considered final sale.


  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.


  • For hygienic reasons, all swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.


  • We process all Australian returns within 2 business days of receiving your items, and within 4 business days for International returns.
    We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.


  • Please email if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.


  • The original postage cost is non-refundable when a return is made.


  • International customers (outside of Australia) are required to pay for their return shipping costs.


  • If you decide to exchange items while in the returns portal, you will be given an extra $15 as bonus credit to shop now.


  • If the item you are exchanging for becomes out of stock while your return is in transit, you will automatically be given a store credit.



  • Exchanges available for Australian & New Zealand based customers only.
  • Free Exchanges means you will receive free shipping to return your parcel back to us if you choose a store credit or exchange for Australian customers only.
  • For New Zealand customers if you choose a store credit or exchange you will be required to return your order and pay for postage.
  • If you have requested an exchange we'll do our best to ship this out to you ASAP!
  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a store credit or refund.
  • We offer an exchange of size and colour or If you wish to exchange for a different style, it can only be within the same collection drop. Alternatively you can return the items for a store credit (gift card) and use this to place a new order for the items you do wish to receive instead



  • Refunds are offered on all full priced orders.


  • For Australian customers there is a $15 handling fee that will be deducted from your refund.


  • For New Zealand customers you will have to pay for postage to return the order to our HQ, and there is a $5 handling fee that will be deducted from your refund.


  • Depending on your payment method the funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back into your account.


  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of Gift Card,
    Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay then your Gift Card will be re-issued and your payment refunded.



  • Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 3 years from date of issue.
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded



  • When using Afterpay, you have the options to return one or all of your items for a refund.


  • We'll deduct $15.00 from the refund for a handling fee. Therefore you will still have to pay $15.00 with Afterpay.


  • If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due, these amounts will be removed from your Afterpay plan
    and you will not have to pay for them. This allows you to try before you buy!


  • If the payments have already been made when you return the items, the amounts will be removed from your Afterpay payment plan and/or the initial payments refunded.


  • It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charge late fees for any overdue payments!


  • If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favourites this is still fine! We'll just remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay payment plan. Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your updated payment schedule at any time! Easy!




  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns
