Our office and warehouse are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.
However, during peak periods, such as sales, public holidays, or the day after a public holiday, processing times may be up to 5 business days.
During peak periods, we receive a high volume of orders and may need more time to process them.

Here are some tips for avoiding delays during peak periods:
Once your order has been picked up from our headquarters, you will receive an email from Lahana and the shipping company with an estimated delivery date and your tracking number.
The tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your order and to see when it is expected to arrive. (Please note it may take up to 24 hours in the couriers system to update once picked up)
Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.
