Our office and warehouse are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

  • If you would like to pick up your order locally, please arrange a time to do so within these hours - You will recieve notification and information of the status of your pickup.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes, although Express Post is unavailable for delivery to PO Boxes.
 
 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PACK MY ORDER?

 

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.

  • However, during peak periods, such as sales, public holidays, or the day after a public holiday, processing times may be up to 5 business days.

  • During peak periods, we receive a high volume of orders and may need more time to process them.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

    Here are some tips for avoiding delays during peak periods:

    • Order early. The earlier you order, the less likely it is that your order will be processed during a peak period.
    • Choose a shipping method that is not affected by peak periods. For example, standard shipping is less likely to be affected by peak periods than express shipping.
 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

Once your order has been picked up from our headquarters, you will receive an email from Lahana and the shipping company with an estimated delivery date and your tracking number.

The tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your order and to see when it is expected to arrive. (Please note it may take up to 24 hours in the couriers system to update once picked up)

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

 

Please note that incomplete delivery addresses will delay the dispatch and delivery time.

  • When you place your order, please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • If you have entered an incomplete or incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We may be able to change the address before your order is dispatched.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, please contact the shipping company to request a redirect.
 
 

ARE THERE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES?

 

Please be aware that you may be charged customs fees when you checkout.

  • These fees are charged by your local customs office and are not part of our shipping fees.
  • The amount of the fee will vary depending on the value of your order and the customs regulations of your country.
  • You are responsible for paying any customs fees that are charged.
  • If you do not pay the customs fees, your order may be returned to us.
  • If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus the shipping costs and a $10 handling fee.

DHL ( INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

 

We ship all orders via DHL Express

  • Tracking:
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.
  • Delivery:
    • DHL will attempt to deliver your order to the address you provided. If you are not home when they arrive, they will leave a missed delivery notice. You can then contact DHL to arrange for redelivery.
